Any complaints may be addressed to the FirmFunding Claims Department:

• By mail, to the following address: « Service des réclamations - FirmFunding, 8 bd Jean Mermoz, 92 200 Neuilly-sur-Seine »
• By e-mail specifying the object of the complaint in the subject of the e-mail.

FirmFunding undertakes to process complaints sent as quickly as possible and, in any event, within two months of receipt of the complaint
